What is RoomShoot?

RoomShoot turns a single photo of a space into a set of professional-looking photographs. You upload one wide shot of a room, and we shoot it the way a real photographer would — choosing the framing, angle, details, and light that make a space look its best.

How does it work?

Snap one photo of your space, upload it, and we automatically generate a set of polished frames from it. Most shoots take 30 seconds.

What kind of spaces does it work best on?

Interiors and architectural spaces — living rooms, kitchens, restaurants, bars, hotel rooms, rentals, offices, retail. The clearer and wider your original shot, the better the result.

How many photos do I upload?

Just one. Get the whole room in frame with a wide shot, and we take it from there.

How long does a shoot take?

Usually 30 seconds, and nearly always under a minute.

Are these real photos of my room?

No — and this is important. The frames are AI-generated interpretations of your space, not literal photographs. We intentionally restyle the room — framing, light, and finish — to make it look its best, so what you get is a polished version of your space rather than a documentary record of it. (Once in a while a frame also just comes out a little off — that’s what the free re-shoots are for.) If you’re using the frames to market a real property, listing, or rental, treat them as styled images and make sure your use is accurate and follows any rules that apply to you.

Can I edit the photos?

The Service produces finished frames rather than an editor. Pick the ones you like best and download them. Once downloaded, you can edit them on your own however you’d like.

What if I don’t love the result?

Sometimes a frame or two out of the bunch comes out a little off. It happens — and to help with those rare occurrences, every room comes with two free re-shoots. A re-shoot runs the room again and creates a new version, which typically fixes any errors on the next pass. Your original stays put, and re-shoots don’t cost you any credits. It’s extremely rare for two back-to-back shoots to come out wrong, but we added the second re-shoot just in case.

What’s a “re-shoot”?

It’s us shooting the same room again, free, to get you a different take. Each room gets up to two within 24 hours.

Why only 24 hours?

A re-shoot regenerates from your original photo — and for privacy, that original is automatically deleted after about 24 hours. Once it’s gone, we no longer have it to re-shoot from, so the window closes with it.

How does pricing work?

You buy credits once and spend them on shoots — no subscription, and credits don’t expire.

Do credits expire?

No. Buy them once, use them whenever.

Is there a subscription?

Currently no — RoomShoot is prepaid. You buy credits once and only buy more when you want them. Subscriptions are being considered for the future.

What happens if a shoot fails?

If a shoot doesn’t complete for a technical reason, the credits are automatically returned to your balance. You’re never charged for a shoot that fails.

Can I get a refund?

Credits are a digital product, so purchases are generally final, and credits you’ve already spent on a completed shoot aren’t refundable. Failed shoots are always credited back automatically. If you think something went wrong with a charge, email support@roomshoot.com and we’ll take a look.

What payment methods do you take?

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

What happens to the photos I upload?

Your original upload is used to generate your frames and is then deleted from our storage automatically (within about 24 hours). Your generated rooms stay in your account until you delete them. We don’t use your photos to train AI models, and we don’t sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Do you use my photos to train AI?

No.

Is my account secure?

Your data is private to your account, stored in private storage with access controls, and served through time-limited secure links. You’re responsible for keeping your login safe.

Can I use the photos commercially?

Yes — for your own marketing and listings, subject to our Terms. Because the images are AI-generated, you’re responsible for using them truthfully and following any advertising or industry rules that apply to you.

How do I delete my photos or my account?

You can delete rooms in the app, and you can request account deletion by emailing support@roomshoot.com.
